The all-suite Minneapolis Marriott Northwest , in the suburb of Brooklyn Park, Minn., has completed an extensive $24 million renovation. Formerly known as the Northland Inn Hotel and Conference Center, the newly flagged Marriott has added a lobby great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fitness center with 23 workout stations, and has refurbished all 230 guest rooms.
The hotel can accommodate 850 guests for events in its more than 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including the all-new Hennepin Ballroom. The conference facility now offers three ballrooms. Additional meeting space includes a 140-seat amphitheater, a boardroom, and 25 breakout rooms.
The two- and three-room suites are designed with separate bedroom(s) and living room. Bedrooms all have the Marriott “Revive” bedding package, which includes 300-thread-count linens, down comforters, and mattress toppers. Each suite has two flat-screen LCD TVs, high-speed Internet access, two telephones, and a work desk with ergonomic chair.
Bathrooms feature Bath and Body Works® aromatherapy bath amenities.
