meditation for meetings

Meditation has gone mainstream, even appearing on the cover of Time magazine. Now, The Regency, a Loews Hotel at 61st Street and Park Avenue in New York, has added a guided meditation option for meeting groups. The sessions can be adjusted to the needs of the group; for example, a creative group might focus on the naval chakra, the creative center of the body. Breaks last from 15 minutes to one hour.
