Bill Peeper, president of the Orlando/Orange County Convention Visitors Bureau Inc., will retire on December 31. Peeper helped create the Orlando CVB in July 1984, which developed from a staff of two to the current staff of 150 people with four convention sales satellite offices and tourism offices in five countries.
