Religious Conference Management Association’s 2013 annual conference, Emerge, is less than four months away! Online registration for the conference, which will be held in Minneapolis January 29-February 1 is now open. Here are some details:

  • To register for the meeting, go to and click on the button for the new Emerge Web site. Whether you are a planner or a supplier/exhibitor, you must be an RCMA member to register and to attend the conference. For membership information, contact the RCMA office at (317) 632-1888.
  • For meeting planners, the conference hotel rate at the host hotels, Hilton Minneapolis and the Hyatt Regency, is $99 per night. Both hotels are connected by skywalk to the convention center.
  • RCMA meeting planners who meet certain criteria can qualify to participate in the association’s Hosted Buyer Program, in which conference registration, up to four nights lodging at one of the host hotels, and airfare or mileage up to $350 is reimbursed. You can sign up for this program during the online registration process.
  • Exhibitors: With just months to go before the conference, booth space is selling out! Register for the conference and purchase booth space online (, click on Emerge 2013 button). The early-bird registration fee, which expires on November 26, is $595 for each exhibitor/associate member. All suppliers must be registered in a booth in order to attend any part of the conference.
