The Peabody Orlando has completed a $450 million expansion that took over two years. The newly expanded hotel features a 32-story tower, 1,641 guest rooms, 300,000 square feet of function space, a 22,000-square-foot spa, three pools, and 10 restaurants and bars.
The Peabody opened in 1986 and is a staple for meetings and conventions because of its location, with two covered walkways connected directly to the Orange County Convention Center. The hotel’s newly expanded meeting space features a pillar-free 54,652-square-foot ballroom and a 75,000-square-foot rotunda designed for networking and registration, along with two additional ballrooms and 99 breakout rooms.
In addition to the new space, the Peabody Orlando’s 891 existing guest rooms were also renovated in the style of the new tower.
