The new Hard Rock Resort and Casino Albuquerque opened on June 12 in Isleta, N.M., near Albuquerque. Formerly, the property was known as the Isleta Casino and Resort, but it was rebranded under the Hard Rock banner after the owners signed a licensing agreement with Hard Rock Holdings.
The Hard Rock Resort and Casino Albuquerque also underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation before reopening. The six-story property has 201 guest rooms, a 100,000-square-foot casino, and 30,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. It also includes a 2,500-square-foot theater for events and concerts. As part of the renovations, a new nightclub, Lucha, was added.
It is the first Hard Rock Resort and Casino in the state and the seventh worldwide.
