Meeting Professionals International welcomed some 2,500 attendees to its World Education Congress in San Francisco August 1–4. Headquartered at Moscone Place West, the annual meeting of the association of 18,500 meeting professionals had as its theme “finding your professional edge.” This year’s WEC featured dynamic general session speakers and a new variety of education formats.
