LaRue Frye, a well-known association industry figure for almost three decades, has moved on to new endeavors. The mayor of Martinsburg, Va., has named Frye chair of a committee that will examine the feasibility of funding the development of the city's Roundhouse Properties, a pre-Civil War railroad complex.
