You know how it is when sometimes, when you're really nervous or keyed up about something, it gets kind of hard to catch your breath? Well, here's a solution that'll get you back on track--lung vacuuming. I tried it, and even though I'm not feeling nervous or breathless at the moment, it really cleared my head, even better than some of the breathing techniques I've learned through yoga.
