Amberg brings 16 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and promotion, medical education, sales, and strategic planning to the table. According to a press release: "Most recently serving as vice president, pharmaceuticals, at PGI, NY, Bill designed and implemented GPI‘s go-to market strategy for newly formed pharmaceutical business. Prior to PGI, Bill served as vice president, business development for Pharmakon, LLC, IL, where his primary responsibility was new business development and organic growth of accounts. Previous to Pharmakon, Bill served as account director for Discovery East, CT. Bill also served as senior director, sales and marketing, at Rockpoint Broadcasting, Washington, DC. At Rockpoint, Bill spearheaded development of high-impact educational programs and played a key role in cultivating and securing strategic partnerships with medical associations and CME/CE providers. Bill also worked for Boots Pharmaceuticals in the positions of hospital specialty representative and territory manager."
