Here's a handy site for frequent travelers: The Aviation Consumer Protection Division Web site. It shows how the various airlines rate in terms of number of flight delays, mishandled baggage, overselling flights, consumer complaints, consumer reports to Homeland Security, and even airline animal incidents reports.

And another good one: thirtythousandfeet.com, which links to just about anything air travel-related you can think of.
