That'd be for continuing medical marijuana education, according to this site, which discusses a conference on just that topic held earlier this month at Santa Barbara Community College. And it sounds like it was accredited, too. Can you have off-label discussion of a product that not only doesn't have a label, but is illegal in a lot of places? Obviously, you can. Interesting!
