It sounds like Houston is getting ready to join Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, and Philadelphia in filing a lawsuit against Internet travel booking sites for not paying their fair share of taxes. (Previous stories here and here.) Is this gaining critical mass yet? I still haven't heard much from the other side of the story on this one.
