But I'm learning differently! I'm here at the lovely—and enormous—Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa Phoenix for the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education annual conference, which has been a real whirlwind. I like that they have a half day in the afternoon Wednesday, and full day yesterday, a half day this morning, and another full day tomorrow of sessions. This is one packed agenda, and my brain needed some time off.
But, since it can't be more than 50 degrees and is pouring rain, my plans to rent a car and check out Sedona, go horseback riding in the desert, or even just shop downtown Scottsdale, are pretty much on hold, so I'll try to catch up a bit with you all here. At least it's not as cold as back home in Massachusetts, and it's not snowing!
