I'd love to be one of those people who are snoozing before the wheels lift off the tarmac. Unfortunately, I'm the other kind, the one who is surreptitiously trying to camouflage her reading light at 3 a.m. while everyone else on the plane is literally lights-out. It's annoying, and it makes for a tough day, especially the one that follow a red-eye, though a little sleep would make any flight pass a little faster.
