No, it's actually a satellite--at least in some cases. Check out terraserver. Just type in your hq hotel's address and up pops satellite images you can zoom in on. I guess it could be useful to see what's around your meeting facility, but basically it's just kind of fun to swoop around. Though the image around my house is kinda old and fuzzy, but you can even see the vegetable garden if you squint hard.
