Kitty Ratcliffe is St. Louis CVB's new president

Kitty Ratcliffe is leaving her post as executive vice president of the Metropolitan New Orleans CVB to take on the presidency of the St. Louis CVC, according to this announcement. I'm sure she'll be missed in New Orleans, and welcomed with open arms back in her old stomping grounds (she worked at the St. Louis CVC back in the 1980s).
