When it comes to meetings and trade shows, the prevailing wisdom has been that bigger is better—just a few more attendees, booths, sessions, just a few more everything and you’ll be an even bigger success next time around. Now that all the "mores" are becoming "lesses" these days for so many show organizers, the tune is changing to "quality, not quantity" as the key to success.
