SACME session

Here's the fifth case in conflict of interest from the Society for Academic CME session last Saturday:

A faculty member, Dr. F. Mignon, is paid to talk at an industry-sponsored restaurant event. Trainees are invited to the program via a flyer posted on bulletin boards. Mignon encourages trainees to attend, although the department is holding an optional "Club Med" activity, with pizza provided by the department, on the same evening. Trainee attendance at the restaurant is better than at the Club Med event.
