You can always tell when I'm on a screaming deadline--things get a little quiet on face2face. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll have time to post some of the fascinating little items I've been storing up. (Well, I think they're fascinating, anyway.)
In the meantime, here's a good bit of news: Meetings are on the rise in South Africa. According to this article, "Huge growth is expected in the business tourism industry, with 78% of conference venues in South Africa optimistic about future expansion." Think the Brookings Institute ought to look into that one, too?
