The honor goes to Clifford Kalb, who was just hired as vice president of market development for Life Sciences with Wood Mackenzie, a provider of global life sciences information. According to a press release, Kalb will not just lead the identification and development of new market and product ideas; and be responsible for forming and managing the company's Life Sciences advisory board he ll also be in charge of developing and managing annual client education meetings.
Kalb, who has more than 30 years of experience in the pharma industry, most recently headed up Merck's strategic business analysis group.
