The Convention Industry Council honored five outstanding pioneers of the meetings industry and three emerging leaders at the annual Hall of Leaders gala on October 13, during IMEX America in Las Vegas. More than 450 meeting and event professionals enjoyed a revamped format for the Hall of Leaders & Pacesetter Awards, which commemorated its 20th anniversary, at MGM Grand’s Marquee Ballroom.
