• In early 2021, Augeo accelerated the growth of its meetings and event business with the acquisition of Overland Park, Kan.-based Wellington.
• In July 2022, Augeo introduced Heaps, a platform that allows people to exchange loyalty rewards for leading cryptocurrencies. In addition, users can purchase crypto with cash and through recurring deposits. The platform also has educational tools to help consumers better understand cryptocurrency investing. Heaps integrates into any loyalty program, making it easy for participants to buy, access, earn, and track crypto investments.
• In late 2020, Augeo acquired Boca Raton, Fla.-based Deluxe Rewards, giving it a patented, dual-currency loyalty and engagement technology with an expansive collection of premium retail goods and travel services.
• In Q3 2021, Augeo earned two industry awards for development and delivery of an immersive virtual gifting experience that included a 3D virtual gifting hall, curated gift stations, and detailed 3D views of possible rewards.
