The eighth Annual Coyote Classic, the annual golf tournament sponsored by The Meetings Group, publisher of Corporate Meetings & Incentives and five other meeting magazines, hit a high note this year with the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Ariz., www.arizonabiltmore.com, as the host hotel. Each August, CMI invites its convention and visitor bureau advertisers and partners, who in turn invite their
