A respected name in the meeting industry, Bill Peeper, has announced that he will retire as president of the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau on December 31. He has led the bureau from its inception in July 1984 with a staff of two to being the CVB with the second-highest budget in the country, with a staff of 150 people.
