Weekly Huddle

They might not know how to play football, but employees of The Container Store sure look as if they do. Employees at each of the 27 stores use “the huddle,” as it's officially called, twice a week for 10 minutes, before or after the start of business, for everything from discussing operations to getting fired up about sales.
