The Four Seasons brand plans to shift from the Las Colinas neighborhood in Irving, Texas, to a new property in Dallas’ Turtle Creek neighborhood.

Enmarket Arena will be able to host large receptions for business events that use the convention center, which will double in size by late 2023.

If the city council prevails, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center will soon see the wrecking ball.
