The role of the meeting planner used to be straightforward: identify a date, find a location, create an agenda, plan the logistics. But the world has changed, and meeting attendees have a different set of expectations than they did in the past. Today, and moving into 2015, there is a growing expectation that an individual’s experience during an event will be exactly that—individual. Put another way, you might say “the devil is in the details.”
