CONFERENCE CENTERS: CULTIVATING THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Greg Knapp, director of conference man- agement services for university housing at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in January began a two-year term as president of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC). In his first interview as IACC president, Knapp spoke with Insurance Conference Planner about the steps conference centers are taking to keep pace with industry changes and thus maintain their distinctive position as meetings-focused, learning-oriented facilities.<
