The Canadian Tourism Commission has appointed Susan Frei as its new manager, insurance meeting and incentive sales, based in Washington, D.C. Frei has been working on behalf of Canada for 18 years, first for Canadian Pacific Hotels and most recently for the Province of Alberta.
