A low-cost commuter airline has set its sights on the mid-Atlantic market, with hopes of a take-off by early spring. The airline, to be called Shuttle America, plans to serve secondary airports such as New Haven, CT; Wilmington, DE; and Baltimore, MD with a base at Bradley International Airport outside of Hartford, CT.
