Hyatt Hotels Corp.'s online group booking service for small meetings, E-mmediate Meetings, launched its Web site early this year, allowing meeting planners to look for space, dates, and rates in real time. Guest room availability is live, and the system can be used for groups with fewer than 100 rooms on the peak night. Meetings can be booked up to six months before arrival with up to a 14-night stay.
