The Mayo Clinic has expanded its presence in the Greater Phoenix area. In addition to its renowned clinic, a new hospital has recently opened and the Mayo Clinic has established a women's health center, plus various neighborhood satellite centers for general health care. The Greater Phoenix area is also home to a multiple-birth center, located at Good Samaritan Hospital, as well as the Arizona Heart Institute.
