Hyatt to Sell 10 Hotels, Some in Chicago Area
Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corp. plans to sell a 4,154-room hotel portfolio, including the 316-room Hyatt Lisle, 301-room Hyatt Deerfield and 206-room Hyatt Rosemont, as part of a strategy to reduce its real estate investments while expanding its hotel management business.
