InterContinental Hotels Group has relaunched a former Holiday Inn as the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Minneapolis Airport. IHG invested $2 million in upgrading the hotel. The 13-story, 430-room hotel has 18,000 square feet of meeting space, which can be configured into as many as 16 meeting rooms.
