American Airlines Releases SARS Policy

American Airlines has included severe acute respiratory syndrome in its Comfort Level policy, which allows its international and domestic travelers to make a one-time change to their tickets without paying the standard change fee. Tickets must be purchased by April 19 for travel through May 18, and trips rescheduled before the end of the year.
