The board of directors of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) decided to support New York City’s recovery efforts by moving its November meeting from Buenos Aires to the Big Apple. The 37-member board will meet November 16 to 19 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Manhattan. The association also announced plans to move its March 2002 board meeting to Washington, D.C. to support that city’s hospitality community after the devastating attacks of September 11.
