The George P. Johnson Co., based in Auburn Hills, Mich., has promoted David Rich to executive director of program strategy and experience design for IBM worldwide. The George P. Johnson Company is IBM's global event marketing agency. Most recently Rich's team developed and executed the integrated event strategy that helped IBM garner two Best-of-Show awards at the LinuxWorld 2001 Expo in New York City. At LinuxWorld, IBM was recognized for its Business Suite and e-Server z-Series exhibits.
