Industry Raised $20,000+ in December Fundraiser

A benefit event organized by South Florida Meeting Professionals International and held in December raised over $20,000 for New York’s September 11 victims. Featuring live music by Latin Jazz guitarist and songwriter Raul Midon and signiture tastings from more than 25 restaurants, the event at BillBoardLIVE in South Beach, Fla., was held in honor of Windows on the World catering manager Jay Magazine, South Florida United Way, and WFOR Channel 4’s Neighbors for Neighbors Toys for Kids program.
