Katie Breheny has been named sales manager at the Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa in the Walt Disney World resort at Downtown Disney, Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Breheny will be responsible for the northeast market, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New England, with a concentration on the pharmaceutical market. Breheny previously was director of executive meetings at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami.
