Sonesta International Hotels Corp. has appointed David C. Fine regional director of marketing at Sonesta Beach Resort in Key Biscayne, Fla. He will oversee all sales and marketing efforts at Sonesta Key Biscayne as well as Sonesta Hotel & Suites Coconut Grove (Fla.) and the Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort in Sunny Isles, Fla.
