FROM GOLF TO GROUPER The South Seas Resort on Florida's Captiva Island is betting its fish and golf scramble will make a big splash during business and incentive trips. Teams of four start out the scramble by playing nine or 18 holes of golf. Then they hop aboard separate boats for light-tackle fishing in either the Pine Island Sound or the inshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
