It's no surprise to me that the top three traveler hotel pet peeves in this survey are communications-related: Expensive Internet access, inaccessible/insufficient outlets, and weak/slow Internet. After all, what are the two main things we need to do while staying there? Sleep and work, though apparently not necessarily in that order. Though it does surprise me a little that one of my big pet peeves, windows that don't open, only makes number 16.
