PCMA’s Convening Leaders: An Experiment in Meeting Design

The Professional Convention Management Association’s annual Convening Leaders meeting in Chicago in January took its 4,000-plus attendees on a journey, with the motto, “There is risk in not taking risks.” The association turned McCormick Place West into a grand experiment to engage and delight their participants over two-and-a-half days. In essence, they walked the talk. Here’s the story in pictures.
