The Hyatt Regency Lexington, set in “the heart of horse country” in downtown Lexington, Ky., has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of its 366 guestrooms, lobby, meeting and event space, and its restaurant, BlueFire Bar & Grill. The hotel is connected to the 23,000-seat Rupp Arena, the Lexington Convention Center and its 130,000 square feet of event space, and the Lexington Complex shops.
