The logistics of site visits can be a huge drain. You know the drill: coordinate dates, travel, lots of e-mails, report to the team, followup ... According to a new survey by Social Tables, the average event planner manages 37 events every year. More than half those events (56 percent) require at least one site visit, and on average respondents’ events need more than two site visits (2.15).
