I love this kind of thing: Bob Lemen, a fitness attendant at Desert Springs, a JW Marriott resort and spa in Palm Desert, Calif., just turned 90. The guy has been leading 3.2-mile, one-hour-long walks around the resort three times a week--remember, he just turned 90!

So they surprised him this morning with a nice birthday party, including 90 of the resort's associates and a nice big birthday cake. May he still be leading those walks long into the future. Bob, you are inspiring me to step up my exercise routine so I too will be that spry in another several decades!
