There's lots of good stuff on the 46th edition of Grand Rounds, a sampling of the medical blogosphere. Some of my favorite tidbits this week:
Red State Moron (gotta love that name!) has two interesting posts that resonate with my post yesterday about the impact of apologizing for medical errors: this moving account of how he handled a mistake, and this followup on how his colleagues reacted to his disclosure of a mistake.
And just for fun, check out Dr. Tony's office notes, some of which are pretty hilarious.
Many thanks to Dr. Emer of Parallel Universes for hosting this week's edition!
