ACCME updates accreditation data collection tools

From an ACCME e-mail:

ACCME has modified the data collection instruments used in the accreditation process in order to match the Updated Standards for Commercial Support (SCS). We have posted examples of three of these forms to our website; the new elements of the Updated SCS have been added to each.

It is important to note that the new elements will only be applicable for initial applicants seeking accreditation decisions on or after November 2005, and for accredited providers seeking reaccreditation on or after November 2006.
