RIP to a true professional

I was so saddened to hear that Gary Sain, president & CEO of Visit Orlando, passed away on Friday. I had the pleasure of interviewing him a number of times, and he was so knowledgeable, interesting, and plain old nice that it was always a conversation I looked forward to having. My heart goes out to his family, friends, colleagues, and everyone in this industry. We lost one of the good ones this weekend, and we're all poorer for it.
